First Aid Quick Guide
Immediately remove contact lenses if present. Rinse continuously with water for at least 15 minutes, keeping eyelids open wide. Seek immediate medical attention.
Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse affected area with plenty of water for several minutes. Seek medical attention promptly if irritation or blistering develops.
Move person to fresh air immediately and keep in a comfortable breathing position. Seek medical attention. If respiratory difficulty occurs, call emergency services.
Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Seek immediate medical attention and call poison center.
Protection Needed
Respiratory protection must be used if airborne contamination exceeds occupational exposure limit (0.05 mg/m3 for chromium). Use approved respirator in poorly ventilated areas.
Wear protective gloves (nitrile or rubber recommended) to prevent skin contact with concentrate.
Wear chemical splash goggles or full face shield to protect against liquid splashes.
Wear protective clothing including apron or protective coat to prevent any possibility of liquid contact and repeated vapor exposure.

- Never mix with alkalis, ammonia, or other reactive materials
- Use approved respiratory protection if air contamination exceeds safe limits
- Avoid spillage; contain any spills with inert, non-combustible materials and dispose as hazardous waste
Store in tightly-closed original container at temperatures between 5-30°C in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area. Keep container locked and away from incompatible materials like alkalis and ammonia.
