First Aid Quick Guide

Eye Contact

Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water, then rinse with 0.5% acetic acid solution for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present. Consult an ophthalmologist immediately.

Skin Contact

Remove contaminated clothing. Wash immediately with plenty of 2% acetic acid solution in water, then with soap and water. Keep under medical surveillance and hospitalize immediately.

Inhalation

Move to fresh air immediately. Provide oxygen or artificial respiration if needed. Hospitalize immediately.

Ingestion

Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and lips with plenty of water if conscious. Hospitalize immediately.

Respiratory

Wear a respirator if necessary. Use approved filter type AK if spillage occurs or vapor forms. Respiratory protection required in case of dust or mist generation.

Hands

Wear heat-insulating gloves and impermeable insulated gloves when handling hot material. Use protective gloves complying with EN 374 standard.

Eyes

Safety glasses with side-shields conforming to EN166 standard. Eye wash bottle with pure water must be available.

Skin/Body

Wear protective suit and protective clothing to prevent contact with skin.
